The Crossing (Travessia, in portuguese) was the final project of my Cinema and Audiovisual bachelor and the result of years of research about the myths of witches. It is a narrative that reflects about ancestrality, community, healing and the power of connection.

The element of interaction adds a new layer to the story as it invites viewers to feel part of the narrative as it unfolds. Alice, the main character, must make hard choices along the story and the viewers are constantly makings choices too as they move with the film. Their active engagement can define what is the ending of the movie.
